A variable rate rider that allows for adjustments in the price for electricity transmission access; designed to dispense the estimated Transmission Access Charge (TAC) deferral balance on the prospective basis for the proceeding quarter, as well as including previous quarter true-ups of actual revenues and costs related to riders.

System Access Service True-Up Rider

Allows for adjustments in the price for electricity transmission access; applies to all electric service throughout the territory served by the company when a charge or refund is approved by the AUC.
Charge for Residential Consumers: 0.165 ¢/kWh. Updated quarterly.

Designed to collect or refund from customers charges from the Balancing Pool. The rate is flowed through from the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO).
